About me

Gender Male
Occupation Land Surveyor
Location Farmington, New Mexico, United States
Introduction I settled into a career of land surveying and have helped to build the world, but I love to build bridges. My career high point came when I was in charge of ten crews in Colorado and we surveyed the nation's Naval Oil Shale Reserve, on the Roan Plateau. 500 square miles of 11,000 ft. plus elevation wilderness, producing a two foot contour map of the entire region for exploration and development. I ended my career working for the Navajo Indian Tribe, building utilities to homes on the Navajo Indian Reservation in Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. We entombed the tailings left after uranium milling. My thorium levels after the last project was so high they wouldn't let me work on any more of them. I'm pushing 60 now and I just enjoy riding my Dyna. I learned computers from the beginning, old IBM ATs and XTs doing survey maps using CAD systems.

In the dream where you show up to school naked, why do you never go swimming?

But we always swam in the nude at school! Everyone had cutoffs on and they didn't want to clog the filters.
