| Introduction | I’m an artist, published children’s book illustrator, teacher and mom with more than 25 years experience in the art world. I received a B.F.A. from the RI School of Design, where I spent a year studying in Rome, Italy with RISD's European Honors Program. After graduating, I moved to New York City where I began my career as an illustrator and designer. Starting my family brought me to the suburbs and with that I created a new chapter in my artistic persuits—sharing my skills & love of art with children. I love working with kids. Their creativity is intuitive, their imaginations are free & I find that so inspiring! My goal is to give young artists the opportunity to use their imaginations to explore their creative interests & learn different styles of art while having fun in the process.
