Introduction	For as long as I can remember I have loved to cook. However it wasn't until I lost my job in January 2009 that I have spent this much time exploring food. My idea of a great day is when there is an amazing aroma coming from the kitchen and 8-10 of my closest friends are with us enjoying great food, wine and friendship. I am hoping that this blog can a be place that those of us without any formal training can gather to share our ideas, experiments, celebrations, and traditions. Buon Appetito!
