| Introduction | I moved over to Australia from England in August 2009. I started running the trails to keep feet and was amazed to find that I could run injury free for the first time ever. 8km's turned to 10km's which then turned to 15km's and so on. I entered a half marathon in January 2010 and then signed up for my first ultramarathon The North Face 100 in May 2010 where I came 40th out of around 600. I immediately signed up for my first 100mile race which is in September 2010. This blog will detail my journey to that stage until the next race... |
