Introduction	I live in central MN. I own & manage a 160 acre farm where I raise Black Angus cattle, old fashion heavy breed layers, & broilers in the summer. Have several companion animals also.
Interests	My interests are in herbs(cooking, cleaning, medicine, & growing), alternative medicine and healing modalities, sustainable/organic farming, gardening, and living, human health and nutrition, and animal health and nutrition. I also have a keen interest in reclaiming our sovereign rights as humans and universal beings to enjoy life and all the wondrous things that come with it without the pollution and suffering we have endured over 1000s of years by the hands of others.
