| Introduction | Joe is a National Michael Chekhov Association alumni, where he trained in the Michael Chekhov Acting Technique with Lisa Dalton and Wil Kilroy. He's also a Certified Teacher Candidate en route toward becoming a certified Michael Chekhov Acting Instructor. Joe Herrera is a proud member of the Actors Equity Association, and is also SAG-AFTRA eligible. His credits, just to name a few, include off-Broadway productions with Elizabeth Swados'; The Hating Pot", Director Curtiss Cook's The Resting Place", Ralph Lee's Heart of the Earth: A Popol Vuh Story", and "Ferdinand The Bull" a TheatreWorksUSA tour. Independent film roles included "The Girl in the Watermelon" alongside Actress Meredith Scott Lynn and Actor, Lazaro Perez, and premiered on Starz Network, Pyscho Sisters, and Sidekicked. On PBS' Ghostwriter, Joe played "Quincy", the paraplegic/former gang member who inspires his brother to stay off the streets, and played small stint roles on "America's Most Wanted" and "Law & Order." He is actively working on various short film projects in the southeast region. |
