| Introduction | Grew up in the suburbs (hating it, as teenagers do) and then spent years living anywhere else--the country, the jungle, Brooklyn, etc. Then in 2006 there was a baby on the way and my husband and I decided to return not only to the suburbs, but to the town where we grew up. So having left our urban existence, currently I'm the married mother of one oustanding toddler, social worker by trade, and writer in the wee hours of the morning. |
