| Introduction | I am a native New Yorker and the project co-PI. I work at the national center on deafblindness. I also am faculty at Axia College, teaching course in human services management. My BS is in psychology from the City University of New York. My sign interpretation program was at the College of Staten Island, and my master’s degree in deafness rehabilitation is from NYU. I attended the UALR to complete my studies in O&M and vision. I studied several years at Columbia as a doctoral aspirant, and completed my doctorate in health administration at the School of Advanced Studies/UoPhx. I maintain the following professional certifications: COMS O&M Specialist, CI Certificate of Interpretation, CT Certificate of Transliteration, and CLVT Low Vision Therapy. |
