Introduction	Hi. My name is Shayla. I work at home for CIGNA Healthcare. I love to read and enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I've started this blog as a way of being accountable to myself and my family and friends who will follow. I am struggled with weight issues my whole life. I have always been the fat kid in the class, at church and even in my family. Even as an adult I still find myself being the fat girl in the crowd of many. I'm tired of life passing me by because of my weight. I've set back and let food be my comfort for highs and lows in my life. I hope you will join me on my path to loose 120lbs and to regain a life I let go in the ditch many years ago!!
