| Introduction | Hello, My name in Dan'Yelle and I created this journal to inspire myself to LOSE this freakin' weight I gained....... I spent most of my life as a happy size 0 and at 5'7 that was pretty tiny......but I loved it. I weighed around 105 to 107 most of the time....at my largest then, I cried when I hit 118!!!! I know.....thats not much but I was happy the way I was. Anywho, about a year ago I had a medical problem that required me to take certian meds that BLEW me up a crazy 196!!! I dont know if there are "LARGE" people out there that are actually happy with being overweight and out of shape but I AM NOT!! Its miserable!! Thin is beautiful......and anyone who says otherwise is obviously not! So, hopefully at the end of this journal I will be back to my happy "SUPER SKINNY ME" by my birthday........Thanks for reading my bio. Love Dany |
