| Introduction | In July of 2018, my husband and I decided to sell our house and buy a condo- we lived in a 1910 farmhouse on over an acre of land and we just wanted to downsize. Then I had a crazy idea- why don't we travel the country for awhile and just buy a condo when we get back? Now before you think this just happened on a whim, you must understand that this is something we had previously discussed wanting to do sometime when the kids were older. But the timing just seemed right, and honestly, why wait? So we sold the house and our two cars, bought a 32 ft travel trailer and a huge truck to pull it and began planning our roadschooling adventure. We planned to travel for 9 months, then settle back in Milwaukee. However, we are enjoying it so much, we now plan on traveling indefinitely. Our kids are Avery (8), Ophelia (6) and Gryffin (2) and I think it's safe to say they are enjoying this adventure! And in case you are wondering, the blog title comes from our kids middle names :) |
