| Introduction | Nearly 42 years ago my father and mother retired from the US Air Force and moved our family here to Panama City, Fl. I am next to the youngest of three brothers and one sister. Growing up here has been great for me. I was very active in sports at an early age; I loved playing football, basketball and running track. In high school, I was a three sport lettermen and was a (Div. I) football prospect. That was until I injured my ankle in a game my senior year. During my college years I work for a major sporting goods store in the local mall. That’s where I met my wife of 23 years and we have three great kids. I’m approaching nearly 23 years as a professional Firefighter/EMT/BLS-CPR instructor. I truly love what I do for a living especially helping other people in need. That brings us to my current chapter in life starting this fitness & health blog. I’m excited about sharing some of my fitness, health and nutrition knowledge with as many people that I can reach.
