| Introduction | I'm a fairly new mom to an 11-month old girl and another on the way. I began taking Wilton cake decorating classes in order to decorate my daughter's first birthday cake as I refuse (and can't afford) to spend a couple hundred dollars on a cake that I could possibly make myself. I enjoy cake decorating as it is relaxes me and is a nice escape from the chaos that will soon engulf my life with the arrival of our second baby girl.
