| Introduction | Hello, my name is CarolC. I love everything about food! When I cook, I escape from my everyday life, without ever leaving the comfort of my home. I travel across the globe and experiment without any limitations. My biggest pleasure is that I share these experiences with my family and friends. I believe that "A Good Life is a Collection of Happy Moments”. My Inspiration and driving force for this blog is what Italians call “Cucina Povera” it means “Poor Kitchen”. This is the concept of taking whatever little food you may have, adding a few minutes of your time and making the most out of it.
