| Introduction | palate/palette/plate was born from my urge to weld the worlds of food and art. Palette and process are intrinsic to both practices: whether it's adding another flourish of crimson to the canvas or a splash of red wine to the pot, both lend themselves to fearless experimentation, adaptation and, ultimately, the creation of something beautiful. As a visual artist with an adventurous palate, I embrace the kitchen as another vein to unleash my creative instincts.
