| Introduction | Hello! My name is Melanie and I am a 43 year old mother of a beautiful, fun, smart adopted daughter from China. This Blog is about my quest and journey to reclaim "me!" After over 2 1/2 years of being a mother, wife, and boss, I lost the "me" I once knew. Once very fit, I had stopped eating well and working out. I hope to blog about sharing openly in my fitness journey to my better self, and in exchange, hope to gain some followers (Mothers or Fathers) who feel that they too, have gotten lost and need a path to follow along with finding a space for motivation, inspiration and hope. In the end, I hope to have not only reclaimed "me" but my purpose in life, my physical, mental and spiritual health. Will you join me? |
