| Introduction | Hello, when I have a spare moment I love to draw, collage, stitch or monoprint. I am usually happy, when I am sad I surround myself with lots of people. I like to think out loud. I like to make stuff. I believe in throwing things that are of no use to you anymore away, prune those weeds. I collect things that I will not use. I am starting to wear colours more. My face stays young but my brain is getting old. As an artist I belive that things can look nice but also have an ugly truth to them. My art acts as an illustration of everyday detritus and how we as people use objects. As I am female my art veers at a greatly feminist stance. I look at domestic objects and also the concept of desire heavily in my work. Afterall, everyone wants to be the desired beloved.
