| Introduction | I am from Rome but I moved to Dublin a few years ago so I like to think that I have two homes. I am married to an Irish man and together we have two amazing children: they are the love of our lives and can't get enough of our time with them! I am a minimalist at heart, I love the idea of mindfulness, but I find myself interested in many many things that clutter my head (and in case of fashion my wardrobe...) so I am forever trying to reconcile these two different parts of me. Cooking for my family is one of the things I love and one that really centres me: I love to make a nice meal at home and while I cook I find myself completely absorbed in it, taken. This blog is the results of those precious moments of calm: I love to write and this is why I decided to share what I make. My recipes are simple family friendly meals and I promise: it's not them the reason why I am 'sleepless' - my little daughter is responsible for that :) |
| Interests | Amo molto leggere, i gatti, i topi (quelli stile Beatrix Potter piu' di tutti, che abitano nelle teiere e indossano grembiulini), le montagne, ma soprattutto viaggiare e cucinare, modi per scoprire cose nuove e renderle parte di me. Di lavoro, organizzo vacanze studio all'estero per adulti, ragazzi e famiglie: mi sono innamorata dei viaggi studio all'estero a quando sono partita come studentessa io stessa, ormai quasi 20 anni fa, Da allora, mi piace pensare che il mio lavoro possa regalare a chi parte le stesse emozioni e le stesso opertunita' che il viaggiare ha regalato a me. |
