| Introduction | I love the elegance of the simple things - cream and blue, monochromatic colour palates, and polished wood floors. I love the smell of a milk fed puppy and the uncomplicated, unconditional love and devotion seen in a old dog's eyes as they gaze at their master. I love poring through recipe books and magazines looking for a recipe that just begs to be made, adapted and then tweaked, and I love the challenge of adapting recipes to suit an array of demanding nutritional requirements. I love making memories with my camera, permanently capturing those fleeting, precious once-in-a-lifetime moments for posterity. I love seeing the beauty in the everyday things. I love my family and I love God. I love spending time with friends and I am a self confessed book-addict. And I clearly need to learn a synonym for 'love'. |
