| Introduction | After much trial and error, "whittling down," and listening to my OWN voice, I've realized that what I want most is to help advance women, primarily (although not exclusively) in the workplace. This means helping women move up into leadership positions, or to get back into the workplace; for corporations, it means helping them tap into this deep source of largely unrecognized and unrewarded talent. It also means removing external barriers to women's success, such as ending domestic violence and helping women strategically plan their life based on what matters most to them. |
