Introduction	I hate running. Really I hate any form of exercise. I got over my hatred of running a few years ago for a couple of years and actually completed some half marathons. I am running again now. Mainly because the expensive treadmill that sits in the garage makes me feel guilty every time I go in there. And also because I've had two babies and it's time to put aside the cakes and crap and get fit again. I still hate running but I'm hoping I eventually feel some sense of achievement if I keep on going.
