Introduction	Just a girl blogging about food. I am not a food expert- I am just a food lover, and so want to share my love of food with you. As cliched as it is, I believe that life is too short to eat bad food or drink bad wine. I have been accused of being a food snob- but I tend to disagree- I don't care what type of food it is, as long as it is done well. I believe food is for soothing the soul, for nourishing the body, for celebrating, commiserating. Food is for sharing with family and friends, or quietly indulging on your own. Food is central to life and I am in love. Enjoy my love affair and don't forget to start your own. Influences: Anything and everything but most familiar with Asian/Italian and have been feeling very French of late! KEY: PIE = Partner In Eating. I'm always looking for new PIE's.
