| Introduction | Born in New York, raised in Michigan, lived in California, Minnesota, Montreal, Texas. Oldest of 6 kids,married for 25 years, 3 children, 2 grandchildren. Wanted to be a history teacher, but didn't have the money to go to college. Started working right out of high school. In 1978, got the opportunity to work in the documentation department of a company in Ann Arbor (Sycor), which was bought by Northern Telecom in 1979. Been in telecommunications ever since; worked for Nortel, Eicon Technology, Kodak, Alcatel, Cisco. |
