| Introduction | I have been lived and painted in 6 countries Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, England, Mexico and since the beginning of 2013 the USA. I work predominantly in oils, love big canvas and vibrant colour. When in New Zealand I held 6 solo exhibtions, displayed at many Northland / Auckland galleries and was fortunate to have sold all works produced there. My approach/style is unique. It has been described as "impressionistic realism". Each piece produced is highly original and is a creation, evolving during many layers of application. I start with a vision/concept and then let it take on its own life. I strive to stimulate and please the eye through composition and colour impact. My work is presently held in private collections in 17 countries. I believe painting should be fun, positive, challenging and produce a Wow factor when viewed and appraised.
