Introduction	44 years old. Started cycling June 2011 in an attempt to lose weight & quit smoking. I've come a long way since. lost nearly 2 stone & still not smoking. My goal has changed from doing the Norwich 100 cycle ride to attempting an Ironman distance Triathlon in 2013.
