Introduction	My perspective on teaching is from obtaining my Masters in Teaching in my late 30's, having worked a variety of other jobs and volunteered in my daughter's classrooms. I also have the perspective of being a divorced and remarried parent of a teen, so I know about the issues facing parents, too. I am also in the process of earning my Reading Endorsement, allowing me to work with students who struggle with literacy as a Reading Specialist, as well as potentially being able to be a Reading Coach to other teachers.
