| Introduction | I am over 60 now and ran in the race hard and fast for many years. I'm now learning a new way of life. Noticing things I didn't have time to notice while in the race but still wondering why? I grew up in Rochester NY lived in MN for a short while, Syracuse NY and then and now Northern VA.
