| Introduction | Silwood Kitchens Cordon Bleu diploma graduate. The 3 years was my building block into the culinary world. I started my chef career at Relais & Chateaux The Cellars Hohenort Hotel, Constantia valley, I spent 4 years working and climbing the hierarchy ladder. I entered my first Chaine des Rotisseurs competition in 2008 and then again in 2009 where I ranked first for Western Cape regionals. I then moved from the Cape to Johannesburg where I worked for 3 months at an exclusive catering company called Par Avion which caters for all the private jets at Lanseria Airport. After 3 months I moved on to the Food Design Agency where I stayed for just over a year and am now looking forward to my new endeavors with the SMEG brand. I am very hardworking person who strives for nothing but 100% and who fights for what she wants. |
