Introduction	Currently I'm in a season of unemployment, joining many who've lost jobs during this economic downturn. Looking for work can be daunting, not to mention isolating. Yet great things can happen within community and my hope is that this will become a place where job seekers and those in transition will come together to share thoughts, ideas, and yes, vent frustrations, along with helping one and other gain insight and perspective. I truly believe that it's within community that one discovers the purpose in every season.
Interests	Movies, decorating, spending time with my family and good friends, exploring local attractions, old movie theatres, tea rooms, farmer's markets, window shopping, reading a great "can't-put-it-down book", Fox News.
Favorite movies	The following are movies I've seen and really liked. Hard to pick an absolute favorite movie (or book) for that matter. Death At A Funeral, Smart People, Bandits, The Mirror Has Two Faces, Burn Before Reading, Enchanted, The Sound of Music, The Wizard of Oz, The Notebook, Doubt, Slumdog Millionaire, Shawshank Redemption, Before The Rains, Trains, Planes Trains And Automobiles, Anything Pixar
Favorite music	70's and 80's music, groups like: Bread, Doobie Brothers, Fleetwood Mac, and others from those eras, Contemporary Christian, Praise And Worship, some country, Easy Listening
Favorite books	My reading is a mixture of things like Fox News, Oswald Chambers' Devotional: My Utmost For His Highest, books like: The Glass Castle, The Nanny Diaries, UnChristian, Into The Wild, books by David Sedaris, Dave Barry's column.
