Introduction	I am a 37 year old female living in Asheville, NC. I have been intrigued by the raw food diet for years for a variety of reasons - from breathing easier, curing asthma and allergies, aging slower, and experiencing more energy and aliveness, to enjoying greater health, more flavors, and reaching a higher consciousness.
