| Introduction | I've been a Unitarian Universalist minister (ordained) since 1995. I've served a number of congregations, one for fourteen years. The work of ministry has been a joy for me in its many aspects: caring for individuals, preaching and leading worship, taking part in social justice efforts and working together with congregational leaders and Staff. Laughter and tears abound. It has been a privilege, and I feel I have more service to give. I love to read, to spend time outdoors on my farm, and in the last decade I've become serious about my avocation of writing. I have an MFA in Fiction and several novels under my belt. That, too, has been a delight. I treasure my 4 children: three grown and our Seth, 17, whom we've raised since he was three. I enjoy cooking and baking and have finally gotten into gardening on our 25 acre farm. I love to travel and enjoy hiking, birding, and experiencing new places.. but I also love being alone on our farm, Innisfree! |
