| Introduction | I am a teacher, Reiki Master, guide, speaker, workshop facilitator, writer and because life can never be too sweet, a chocolate maker. I was once stuck in a place of unhappiness and fear. When I had enough I found ways to change my perspective, to let go of all the things that blocked my path to life of love, happiness and freedom.
