| Introduction | I was diagnosed with a severe tree nut allergy at the age of four. Now I have two wonderful children, both of whom have peanut allergies and one of whom is also allergic to egg. My goal is to share experiences, tips, and the perspective of someone who has been dealing with food allergies for decades. Allergies are my "normal," and if you have children with food allergies, allergies will be their "normal" too. And sometimes they look a little different when viewed from both sides of the coin. |
