| Introduction | Mr. George Ouma is a skilled manager with a background in both national development and the interdisciplinary field of knowledge management. He has expertise in community development and strategic project management, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E), as well as training, facilitation and capacity building. In his current role as a regional program coordinator at DSW, he serves as a program manager and supports DSW’s community development efforts. Prior to joining DSW, he was a program coordinator at DARAT INT. AGENCY, a Kenyan local NGO in Mombasa. In addition, he provides resource mobilization technical support to self help organizations at grass root levels in the community. Ouma is easy and outgoing,very sociable, exposed and focused on interacting with likeminded and productive persons irrespective of gender, age and race. He is multicultured and has friends all over thee world. welcoming and non judgemental. |
