Introduction	Hey My name is Mohammad Sigari, an at home cook, I have been cooking since about 2008, seriously, but have grown up in a family of experienced and self taught cooks my whole life. Both my grandmothers are more of the traditional home cooks, but on completely opposite ends. One comes from an American food style background with Mid-Western and Southern influences. My other Grandmother cooks traditional persian food, everything by hand and no shortcuts. My parents who are my biggest influences then kept this spirit going with the broadening of their culinary ability, continuing to use the same techniques while improving parts of them. High School is where it all began! As funny as it may be, I started making Toffee. Initially gave it out to everyone for free, looking for feedback instead I got a profitable business! Today ideas are moving so fast that I think I would be of better use working in the culinary world on a business level and then finally retiring with my whole in the wall, that just so happens to have a line wrapped around the back end!
