| Introduction | I am a dental student at the University of Maryland. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Florida with a major in Microbiology and Cell Science. Having lived a low carb lifestyle on and off for the past three years, I decided that it was time to create a blog to showcase some of my creations. Some recipes are Heather-originals, while others were inspired by fellow bloggers. I hope that these recipes motivate and inspire my readers (and myself) to get creative in the kitchen, while bringing some enthusiasm to cooking low carb! |
