| Introduction | I am an OLD newsie, getting to be real old and gazing back on 50 or so years of journalism-nostalgia they call it. No, I'm not yet at a place where I HAVE to listen to what "they" say - unless "they" are a wife or my kids. I'm 87, a Yankee from both ends of the Bay State but I dwell in the Southwest where I have a reasonable chance of it being warm most of the time. I'm a 17-year husband of a retired schoolteacher. |
