Introduction	"Brewmaster/Owner/Operator/Blog Contributor" - Jack Upship! Brewing was founded on a few basic concepts: 1) Beer is good; 2) Good Beer is even better; and 3) the idea of making one's own Good Beer sounds fun as hell! The first batch of Upship! Beer - a Wit beer - was born on April 06 2011, and bottled April 17, 2011. The results were surprisingly awesome! And was dubbed, "New Home, Brew" on account of it being the first thing I did after acquiring a new house - before unpacking even. To date the most notorious Upship! Brew has been the Coconut Porter - it's had a literal demand down to the last bottle! I'll have to consider another batch...or two. There will be more to come...when more has happened - and those blanks will get filled in. Eventually. -Jack
