| Introduction | My love for health and wellness began very early for me. At the young age of 13, I used to help my neighborhood friends lift weights on a little weight bench from Sears, equipped with plastic plates with the concrete cores (remember those?) My professional fitness career began while I was in college; I used to train most of my clients in their homes. I can recall always using a 'common sense' approach to helping my clients reach their fitness goals...an approach I still use, today. |
