Introduction	Taking a Leave of Absence from my work, I am changing the office of an IT Strategy consultancy firm for a regional hospital, the crowded WTC in Amsterdam for the vast plains of Mongolia and the Dutch beer for fermented yak milk... all in an effort to develop myself and an electronic patient record system for the Dornod region.
