Introduction	I am a Flying Trapeze practitioner and performer, and I love it so deeply, it's a love that somehow seems to keep growing after 14 years of pursuit! I want to talk about things I am working on as part of this blog. I hope you will enjoy reading it. Please know that I am not coaching or taking responsibility for anyone getting hurt trying the things I talk about. These are just my reflections on my own personal study!
Interests	Flying Trapeze, Circus and Aerial Arts, Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Sports Acrobatics, Synchronized Swimming, Cheerleading - Basically anything skilled with pointed toes and involving strength, flexibility, and sparkles!
Favorite movies	Flying Trapeze videos on youtube, to be honest. But Big Fish is also a very good movie!
Favorite music	Yes. Very broad and diversified, hard to pinpoint!
Favorite books	In Pursuit of Excellence by Terry Orhlick, The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron
