Favorite Books	I Am One of You Forever, Fred Chappell; East of Eden, John Steinbeck; Saints by the River, and most any other book by Ron Rash; ANY book by Rick Bragg, especially Southern Journey; On Writing, Stephen King; Absalam, Absalom, William Faulkner; too many favorite authors to list!

You've written a hit musical! How will you avoid having fame go to your head?

Not a problem. All I'd have to do is remember that I've got to change my cat's litter box. Famous or not, she's my cat and I won't ask anyone to do it for me.
