| Introduction | I grew up in Heavener, OK, where I played basketball, baseball, and golf. Perhaps my greatest achievement was wooing my wife, Mai, who is way out of my league. After playing and teaching golf professionally for ten years, I have started my own Crossfit affiliate (Koda Crossfit) with my friend Brice Collier. I live in Edmond with my wife and 2 dogs. |
