| Introduction | I am a Personal Trainer and a CrossFit competitor. In 2010 I placed 10th at Sectionals in Austin, TX and 6th at Regions, OPEN. At that time I retired from "figure" competitions, I devoted myself to Crossfit, 100%. I made a slight diversion to Olympic Lifting... but I needed it. In July of 2011 I place 3rd overall, WORLD WIDE in the Masters category at the Crossfit Games, 2011! Also qualified in 2012 & 2013 |
