Introduction	My real name: Jeff Giles. But my athletic family calls me "Q". LONG list of reasons! I am an ultrarunner, a marathoner, a long distance triathlete (4 IM's), a CrossFitter, a kayaker, a Bikram Yoga addict, a running shoe freak, a movie lover, a dog person, a cat person (yes, you can be both), and an all around insane dude who loves being outdoors and the world of athletics. I even work in a running/triathlon store. Yeah...I know you're totally surprised!
