Introduction	My name is Michele, I am Australian and I live in San Diego. Professionally I am a Montessori teacher, but my passion is to cook. Actually teaching Montessori is my passion too! When I travel I like to take cooking classes and meet other fellow foodies. I am always keen to try new ingredients and combinations. Indian spices are a big influence in my cooking. Fresh and fusion are the other key words which describe the tasting journey. At 24 I was bitten by the travel bug and I backpacked for a couple of years around the world. I went to Cordon Bleu while living in London, and that was the beginning of my "tasting journey."
