Introduction	In 2004 Jason Keeling started a public relations consultancy in the form of Keeling Strategic Communications. He recently launched aBetterWestVirginia.com to establish productive dialogue regarding state culture, economy and government. Keeling received a bachelor's degree in marketing from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2000 and is one exam from completing an M.A. in communication studies from Marshall University. He also played a central role in organizing a new Business Network International chapter, the Advantage Group, in Hurricane, W.Va., which has generated over $750,000 in commerce amongst members. Jason is one of three directors for the Public Relations Society of America's West Virginia chapter.
