He has been in the software industry for the last 18 years and has worked in product companies such as Sun Micro Systems, McAfee and NetApp. He has been a trainer since 2007. He is a Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Master and a Certified scrum product owner. During the last four years he has trained more than 300 engineers in Agile Scrum and has been a consultant for a number of teams transitioning from waterfall to Agile.
