| Introduction | I started baking and cooking before I can even remember. My mom used baking cookies as a way to keep her children occupied and my grandmother always used us kids a kitchen labor. I remember standing at my grandmother's counter on a kitchen chair to grate cheddar for macaroni when I was probably three, arguing about it needing more cheese. So now that I have my own house--with a kitchen that I love past all logical reason--I still want to have that sense of community with cooking. Someone to argue over the amount of cheese with, if I can. |
