| Introduction | First off I am a huge foodie! I believe "all things in moderation" is the key to life. I don't refuse any food or beverage. I use control and figure it in. I'm a very honest person and if you don't want to hear the truth, don't ask! I eat back all my exercise calories... If you don't, don't bother adding me because I will not support anyone that is starving themselves.... Went to my first mammogram in January 2011 and they found a lump. I decided as out of control my life felt at that moment I could control one thing. What I put in my mouth! So I became a Food Network Junkie and subscribed to Cooking Light Magazine and I'm addicted to cooking! God has blessed me with a wonderful husband that has changed his lifestyle right along side of me because we both want to be the healthiest we can be for each other and our children.
